Audit requests
Submitting an audit request does not create a commercial contract, guarantee acceptance into an audit or authorise Zyvrek to control production infrastructure.
Modelled and verified results
Any modelled opportunity or research example is not a guarantee of customer savings, performance or availability. Customer-verified outcomes require customer evidence and, where appropriate, controlled validation.
No guarantee
Compute prices, capacity, performance and provider conditions can change. Zyvrek does not guarantee that a particular provider, price, saving or placement will remain available.
Intellectual property
The Zyvrek name, branding, website content and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be copied or represented as your own without permission.
Commercial engagements
Any paid audit, pilot or production engagement will be governed by separate agreed commercial terms.
